At Lu & Co, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are processed same or next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the method selected at checkout.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Please note that custom or made-to-order items require additional time. These orders have a 3–10 business day turnaround time before they are shipped.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking is automatically generated when your shipping label is created.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, we recommend first checking the tracking information provided in your email.
If you still need assistance, please reach out and we’ll be happy to help. While we do our best to support you, please note that once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times and delays are outside of our control.
