Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your item, and proceed to checkout. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it. Once shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed same or next business day, then shipped via USPS or UPS. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $75.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, tracking information is automatically sent to your email once your shipping label is created.
What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?
Please check your tracking information first. If you still need help, contact us and we’ll assist you as best as we can.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer exchanges for items of equal value.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes. Custom, personalized, and sale items are final sale unless there is an issue with the product.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

How should I care for my items?
To keep your items looking their best, we recommend washing inside out on a gentle cycle and air drying when possible.
Will sold-out items be restocked?Some items may be restocked, but not all. Follow us or check back for updates on restocks.
