Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Lu & Co, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In their original condition

Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for items of equal value. Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom orders

  • Personalized items

  • Sale items

Exception: If your item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within the timeframe below.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Be sure to include your order number and photo proof of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 2–3 business days after we receive your item for your refund to be processed.
